Please note your order is binding and cannot be cancelled due to any circumstances.
Minimum order will be 50 meter / SKU for collection fabrics and 10 meter / SKU for basics. This is due to packing capacity at our warehouse.
Orders below USD 9,600 (100 meter / 20 SKU, total 2000 meter) will be charged a document fee of USD 150. |

All products (incl. Pre-cuts and accessories) will be delivered from Korea at the same time.
Factory may deliver +/- 5% of your order. Factory may deliver irregular bolts max 20% of total order.
All customers that buy minimum quantity 300m/design will receive 2 meter sample fabric free of charge for marketing purpose, togheter with one fabric hanger/design group. |

We will deliver collections and basics 4 times a year (every 3 months):
- Spring collection: Binding order July 15. ETD October 20 – release date January 10
- Summer collection: Binding order October 15. ETD January 20 – release date April 1
- Autumn collection: Binding order January 15. ETD April 20 – release date July 1
- Winter collection: Binding order April 15. ETD July 20 – release date October 1

Any import taxes or other costs related to import will be wholesalers responsibility. |
