TILDA FABRICS
The forces behind the design company Tilda AS, Tone Finnanger and partner Torje Norén, have spent the last months starting the production and distribution company Tilda Fabrics AS that will take over Panduro Hobby’s role with production, sales and distribution of Tilda goods.
With them they have Production and Sales Manager Louise Eskilsson Bye and Key Account Manager Elisabeth A. Thorbjørnsen.
The change seemed natural at this point, as Tilda has become a textile brand and sees great potential in expansion towards the home market in addition to the quilt market. We are grateful for having had such a fruitful collaboration with Panduro Hobby for so many years.
Two new, strong Tilda collections—Spring and Summer 2018—are already in production and samples will be sent out mid-June. Tilda Fabrics HQ is situated on Tjøme, Norway with offices and a showroom where customers can visit to see the latest news. Customers are always very welcome.
A closer collaboration with FW Media, who is taking over the production of our books, will lead to two new English-language books annually, showcasing current collections for maximum impact. We are currently discussing a future Tilda Magazine.
We hope all existing Tilda wholesalers will join us at Tilda Fabrics. Our aim is to make this transition as smooth as possible.
